Advance and instant bank transfer

Advance bank transfer is particularly suitable for:

The order will be processed once the bank transfer has been successfully received and confirmed.

Payment must be completed within 5 working days from the order confirmation date.

PayPal

You can pay quickly and securely via PayPal.

With PayPal you can:

For security and order verification purposes, some PayPal payments may be subject to prior authorization.

In such cases, PayPal will temporarily authorize the order amount, and Man.El.Service will proceed with final payment confirmation only after the necessary administrative, technical, and commercial checks related to the order have been completed.

The “Pay in 3 instalments” service is fully managed by PayPal and is subject to approval according to the criteria established directly by PayPal.

Cash on delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery (COD) is available exclusively upon request and subject to approval by our administrative and commercial offices.

Cash payments

Cash payments can be made at our Turin office exclusively upon prior authorization from Man.El.Service and within the limits established by current Italian regulations.

For cash payments in-store, prior approval is required from Man.El.Service.

Transaction Security

Man.El.Service reserves the right to temporarily suspend order processing until the necessary checks have been completed.

Refunds

Any refunds will be issued exclusively via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Examples:

  • Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction
  • Payments made via PayPal will be refunded to the same PayPal account used
  • Payments made by bank transfer will be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer, subject to administrative verification

Processing times may vary depending on the banking network or payment service provider involved.

Billing

Proper fiscal documentation is issued for every order in compliance with current regulations.

For intra-EU purchases, a valid VAT number must be correctly entered during the order process.

For business or international customers, additional verification may be required before final order confirmation.
