Job Description

Manel Service is looking for a Generator Set Maintenance Technician to join its technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of generator sets for industrial and civil customers, ensuring efficiency, reliability and operational continuity of the systems. The role includes both on-site and field operations, involving diagnostics, repairs and testing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generator sets
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
  • Carry out repairs and component replacements
  • Prepare technical reports on completed interventions
  • Collaborate with the team to plan interventions and optimize timing
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma (preferably in electrical, electronic or mechanical fields)
  • Previous experience, even minimal, in industrial machinery maintenance
  • Good knowledge of electromechanical systems
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams
  • Availability to travel
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
  • Driving license category B

Manel Service is looking for a new team member to join the eCommerce department as an eCommerce Customer Care Specialist. The selected candidate will be the main point of contact for online customers, handling inquiries, after-sales support and helping to ensure a smooth and satisfying purchasing experience. The role involves constant interaction with the logistics and administration departments to guarantee fast and efficient service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via email, phone and chat
  • Provide support regarding orders, shipments, returns and refunds
  • Monitor order status and keep customers updated
  • Collaborate with the logistics department in managing shipments
  • Handle complaints professionally with a solution-oriented approach

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience, even brief, in customer care or customer support roles
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital tools
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and email management
  • Accuracy, organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of the English language (preferred)
