Phoenix Plus is a compact, high?performance dust suppression cannon designed for targeted dust control in industrial environments and construction sites. This dustfughter is ideal for quarries, mines, tunnels, ports, construction sites, demolition areas, cement plants, steel mills, aggregate storage and recycling facilities, landfills, wood and aluminium processing sites, environmental remediation projects, and for cooling in stadiums and parks, as well as for odour neutralization applications.
Phoenix Plus: professional dustfughter dust suppression cannon
Phoenix Plus is a dust suppression cannon dustfughter with adjustable throw distance up to over 25 m, 4 nozzles and manual tilt up to +45°, ensuring effective dust abatement in any operating context. It works with a pressure of 50–60 bar (integrated high?pressure pump) and a water flow rate of 8 l/min, guaranteeing fine and consistent nebulization. The 1 kW fan and total installed power of 3 kW – 220 V – 50 Hz make Phoenix Plus a reliable dustfughter for intensive professional use.
This dust suppression cannon offers low noise emissions (70 dB) and IP55 protection, with dimensions of 100x70xh145 cm and a weight of 130 kg, making it ideal for construction sites, industrial plants and demolition areas. The Phoenix Plus configuration includes 15x6.00 pneumatic wheels, removable handles, lifting hook, 2 LED headlights (white and yellow) and main switch for safe handling and operation.
The integrated pump of the Phoenix Plus dust suppression cannon is a 3?piston pump with crank?connecting rod system and solid ceramic pistons; no inlet water pressure is required, simplifying dustfughter use on site. Electrical connection is via CEE 16A plug, while hydraulic connection is ¾” male, with 400 µm filtration grade to protect the circuit from impurities.
The Phoenix Plus control box includes pump ON/OFF, fan ON/OFF, throw distance regulator, LED headlights ON/OFF and emergency stop button, allowing quick and safe control of the dust suppression cannon. Optional equipment includes an odour?control additive mixing system and a pressure washer system with lance (10 m high?pressure hose), expanding dustfughter applications in cleaning and remediation tasks.
To increase Phoenix Plus operating autonomy, a 1000?litre “suitcase” tank and a 3000?litre PE tank are available as optionals, as well as a dedicated generator set (8.5 kW, 230 V, 50 Hz, 25?litre tank, 8 h autonomy), ideal for powering the dust suppression cannon where no mains power is available.
