The Schenker ZEN 150 is a quiet, compact, lightweight, efficient, and convenient marine watermaker. It can be installed in any position, both horizontally and vertically. The flow rates indicated are nominal and may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions.

The power consumption of the Schenker ZEN 150 is up to 80% lower compared to traditional systems. For example, to produce 150 liters/hour of fresh water, only 400 W are required. The normal engine recharge is therefore more than sufficient to replenish the energy consumed, without the need for a generator.

Thanks to its extremely low power consumption, the Schenker ZEN 150 can be powered directly from the batteries and can also be installed without a generator.

With 80% lower energy consumption, the CO2 emissions required for water production are minimal. With the Schenker ZEN 150 you can produce fresh water while fully respecting the environment.

The use of the Schenker ZEN 150 is extremely simple, as no manual adjustments are required. All systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation, and all functions are managed remotely via the control panel. The Schenker ZEN 150 does not use high-pressure pumps, ensuring extremely quiet operation and no vibrations.

The parts of the watermaker in contact with seawater are mainly made of carbon fiber or acetal resin. This makes the Schenker ZEN 150 completely corrosion-free, for life.

In the 2.0 systems, all components subject to wear, such as o-rings and traditional hydraulic seals, have been eliminated. Sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative nanotechnology pads, offering abrasion resistance up to 15 times greater than steel.

Schenker systems, unlike traditional ones that use high-pressure pumps, employ the patented ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM ®, which amplifies the pressure supplied by low-pressure pumps, ensuring extremely high energy efficiency. The typical consumption of a Schenker ZEN watermaker is only 4 Watts per liter. The ERS is specifically designed for marine applications and is built with materials completely resistant to brackish water. Moving parts are minimized thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
