TRANSFORMER ELECTRONICS
The transformer is a static and reversible electric machine, which is used to vary (transform) the input parameters (voltage and current intensity) compared to the output ones, keeping the apparent electric power constant. The transformer transfers electrical energy from one electrical circuit to another through inductively coupled conductors: the transformer windings. A typical application is in transformer rooms of the electrical network.
