REMOVES ORGANIC DIRT AND LEAVES NO RESIDUE
Specific formulation for the removal of organic dirt and the reduction of microbial flora, based on active isopropanol on a wide range of microorganisms.
Contains surfactants of natural origin derived from glucose which are completely biodegradable.
Contains no alkali salts, dyes, essences and substances harmful to food and consumers.
It does not require rinsing and therefore does not interrupt the production cycle.
Non-corrosive, it guarantees good manipulative safety for operators.
Directions for use: Prepare a solution containing 10% of the product in water. Apply on the surfaces and leave to act for 15 minutes for one
complete sanitation. Then remove with disposable paper. If used at higher concentrations rinse.

- surfaces (e.g. worktops, glass, tables)
- equipment (e.g. containers, cutlery, spatulas)
- machinery (slicers, mincers)
