The Schenker ZEN 100 TOUCH is a quiet, small, lightweight, efficient, and affordable marine watermaker. It can be installed in any position, horizontally or vertically.
The watermaker flow rates indicated are nominal and may vary by ±20% depending on actual operating conditions.

The Schenker ZEN 100 TOUCH's electricity consumption is up to 80% lower than traditional systems. For example, to produce 100 liters/hour of fresh water, just 400 W is sufficient. Normal engine charging is therefore more than sufficient to replenish the energy consumed, without the need for a generator.

Thanks to its extremely low power consumption, the Schenker ZEN 100 TOUCH can be powered directly from the batteries. The watermaker can be installed even without a generator.

The Schenker ZEN 100 is extremely simple to use, as no adjustments are required. In fact, all systems are equipped with automatic pressure regulation. Therefore, no direct access to the watermaker is required. All functions are controlled remotely via the remote control panel. The Schenker ZEN 100 does not use high-pressure pumps. The result is extremely quiet operation and a total absence of vibrations.

The parts of the watermaker in contact with seawater are mostly carbon fiber or acetal resin. The Schenker is therefore completely free from corrosion. All components potentially subject to wear, such as O-rings and traditional hydraulic seals, have been eliminated in the 2.0 systems. The sealing and sliding elements are made with innovative pads created using nanotechnology. These materials exhibit abrasion resistance 15 times greater than steel.

As an alternative to the high-pressure pumps of traditional systems, Schenker systems use the new patented ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM, which amplifies the pressure provided by low-pressure pumps, enabling extremely high energy efficiency. The typical electrical consumption of a Schenker watermaker is only 4 watts/liter.
The ERS was specifically designed for marine applications and is made with materials completely resistant to salt water. Moving parts are minimized, thanks to the patented solution that eliminates the need for pilot valves.
